Gross National Happiness

At the invitation of government of Bhutan, we played a key role in organizing the first global conference on Gross National Happiness (GNH), bringing this visionary concept to the global stage. This catalyzed a global movement toward well-being-driven economies and in July 2011, the United Nations General Assembly unanimously adopted resolution 65/309 Happiness: Towards a Holistic Definition of Development, inviting member countries to measure the happiness of their people and to use the data to help guide public policy.
